Noise to Presence

The noise used to really bother me,
This gripping issue no longer holds tightly,
Focus is high and many things don’t annoy,
Is this the flow people talk about deployed?
Fight or Flight from an intellectual perspective,
This was my EGO and not how I want to live,
Constantly triggered, is this a thing of the past?
I don’t want to go there, no more overcast,
I believe I had power confused with control,
Everyone had a piece of me I’ve been told,
My power or presence given completely away,
The EGO’s defense mechanisms was at play,
I don’t really want to figure it out anymore,
For what I need comes up for when it’s needed for
