Feeling My Heart
A poem
The feeling in my heart is so delicate and soft,
A space cultivates the opposite of feeling off,
Only capable of this when I feel safe,
The energy body also tends to illuminate,
The sudden cracks and sounds pull me away,
My focus is being tested I would say,
Allowing and surrender is a continuous practice,
I see the patterns being relentless,
I will continue to follow the path of the heart,
Explore and discover what’s inside this human art,
The powers that be always have been,
Just now more conscious as I let myself be seen,
This feeling so soft has the power to melt,
All the negativity around that is being felt,
While in this space responses are not the same,
People tend to reflect the inside game,
This feeling so soft, I am so curious,
It is not what most makes it out for us,
So subtle, most people go for the extreme,
It always been so close it seems,
This softness knows at all no judgment,
The mind often pulls away from softness you are meant,
I invite you to practice that intuitive connection,
Trust yourself and learn your lessons,
The prizes of life are confirmed by emotions,
So feeling the warm softness is my devotion
